  6. Thank you for the pattern and video. I made 2 of these and they are too big for the candy canes. Did I crochet too loose? Do I need bigger candy canes (I thought they were regular size)? Thanks! Norma

  10. Hi, sorry if this is a stupid question, but is it possible to take the candy cane out after it has been placed inside the crocheted holder? I would like to make one as a gift for a friend, but I'm thinking she will want to take it out and eat it, lol

  11. I saw that several ladies said that the candy cane holder is too big for the candy cane. I used a G HOOK, too big. Switched to F HOOK still too big.Plus I crochet tight.what is the formula for the foundation ch so I can try making it smaller? Thank you for the help and thank you for the pattern

  12. I used an F hook and Loops and Threads Impeccable yarn but holder was too big. I also remade using a G hook and it was still too big. Is there a way to make holder smaller?

  13. I would go down another hook size and use thinner yarn.
