Place the muzzle on the bottom center part of the hat, fill with stuffing as you go. Sew in a nose with a yarn needle and black yarn over and over until you fill the circle center part of the muzzle.

You can add a smile too, by sewing in a straight line across the bottom of the muzzle with black yarn, then go back and secure the center by sewing the center with a small stitch.

I made this for my pregnant friend's baby as a Christmas gift. I sized it down to a newborn hat with a little trial and error and she LOVED it. It sure turned out cute! She is a huge Snoopy fan and is even doing a Snoopy nursery, so this was just perfect! Thanks!

Any suggestions for making this preemie sized? A friend's son wasn't supposed to make his appearance until September but decided to make his debut on the last day of June. Mom is a big Snoopy fan and did a Snoopy nursery also. I would love to make this for him to wear while in the hospital.
