This is made for an adult, but you can adjust the straps to a smaller or bigger person. I wanted to make a crochet back pack for myself to carry around my yarn in or fill it with a few things for my kids. If you want this back pack bigger, make the base bigger.
If you tell others about my work, please only link back to my blog, but don't copy my patterns to your site. Also you can sell anything you make from my patterns, but don't sell the free pattern. Thank you!

Hello!! I am picking up the old crochet needle again after being quiet for 24 years! I'd like to thank you so much for the free patterns and the easy to follow directions. Two silly questions, how many skeins of each color do I need, and do you think an ombre would work? Thanks again!
Roberta
I can't say I remember exactly how many skeins, for sure one and maybe two.
