I'm confused by the pattern. The written appears to differ from the video and I'm unclear of the total number of rounds there are. For example, it states to repeat rounds 6-7 twice. Is that 11 rounds of DC?. Round 8 states to repeat 5 times. Is that 5 rounds of round 8.
do round 6 once, and then round 7 once as written, then do round 8 as written, then do rounds 9-17, which is for 9 more rounds
