Crochet Tissue Holder

Enjoy this Crochet Tissue Holder Pattern! I always seem to need tissues for my kids or my nose so I wanted to make a cute and easy pattern to hold them in!

Material:
H and G hook
Red Heart Red and White yarn
Tissue Paquets, 8.6 X 8.3 in / 21.8 X 21 cm
Abbreviations:
ch=chain
sc=single crochet
hdc=half double crochet
Row 1: H hook, Chain 22, hdc in the 3rd chain from the hook, hdc in each chain across, Turn -20 hdc
Row 2: Ch 1, hdc in the same stitch, hdc in each hdc across, Turn
Rows 3-16: Repeat Row 2, for 16 a Total of 16 Rows. Fasten off, Weave in the ends.
Fold the Rectangle over the tissues and At each end, Slip stitch both sides together. Now Sew up 4 Rows on both Sides, and leave an opening for the Tissues. Now turn the pattern inside out so the weaved ends are in the inside.
Take White Yarn with a G hook and sc around the inner edge as seen in the picture above, Fasten off. Weave in the ends.

Thanks for the pattern. I think you must have written the wrong size of the packs of tissues. The 8.6 x 8.3" size is way to big. Did you mean 3.6 x 3.3"? Again, thanks for the pattern. I think these will make cute teacher's gifts, and could even be done in the school colors!

That is what the package size said for my mini packs of tissue. The dimension for the pattern is probably close to what you are saying for like width and length. 2 in by 4 in for the pattern
