Adult Man
Head Circumference: 23" - 24" inches ; Hat height
= 11"-11.5" inches

Supplies:
J hook
I hook
Red heart blue,cream,green, and brown yarn

Abbreviations:
ch=chain
dc=double crochet
sl st=slip stitch

Instructions:
J hook, blue yarn to start, with an increased round
rnd 1: Work 11 dc in a Magic Circle, sl st on top of the chain 3. -11 dc

rnd 2. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in same st. as joining, 2dc in each dc around. join with sl st on top of chain 3. -22 dc
rnd 3. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), *2dc in next dc, dc in the next dc, Repeat from *around, join with sl st. -33 dc
rnd 4. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in the next dc, 2dc in the next dc, *dc in the next two dc, 2dc in the next dc, Repeat from *around, join with sl st. -44 dc

rnd 5. ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in the 2 next two dc, 2dc in the next dc, *dc in the next 3 dc, 2dc in the next dc. Repeat from * around, join with sl st. -55 dc
rnds 6-desired length (lengths are listed above), Ch 3, (Counts as first Dc), dc in each dc around, sl st to join. -55 dc, Repeat this until your hat reaches 7 inches.

When the hat reaches, 7 inches I changed the color to brown yarn using an J hook, with sl st. for one round, ch 3, dc in each stitch around for that round.

The next round, changed the color to green yarn, with sl st. ch 3, dc in each stitch around for that round.
The next round, changed the color to cream yarn, with sl st. ch 3, dc in each stitch around for that around.
The last rounds I used blue yarn again, ch 3, dc in each stitch around for those rounds until I reached 10.5-11 inches long or your desired length, fasten off and weave in the ends.
