Next Rows: This is the opening of the Slipper where the foot goes in: Now Chain 1, and Turn, *hdc in each hdc around until you reach the marker from the last round, Chain 1 and Turn, *Repeat this until your slipper reaches 10.5 inches long or about 4.5 inches from the end of the last round of the toe to end of the heel, or  if your foot is a different shoe size, crochet until you can close the last rows together and it fits comfortably without the slipper coming lose when you walk.
Once your slipper reaches the length to fit a women, then take the ends of the last round, and slip stitch across to close it for the heel. Then at the end, I turn it inside out, so the heel seem won't show. . Now fasten off and weave in the ends.

Hi, I have a question about the crocodile stitch part... I am not quite sure how you get 15 v-stitches with 27 sc... I only get 14 if I skip one sc after each v-stitch. Help, please!
