How to Crochet a Pocket Shawl Tutorial

The Crochet Pocket Shawl is so cozy for the fall and winter months. I love how soft it feels when I wrap it around me and the pockets are so practical. I uploaded a video if you need more help.

Width = 18 inches

Length= 78 inches

Abbreviations:

ch=chain

sl st=slip stitch

dc=double crochet

sc=single crochet

I'm switching to a WordPress blog instead of using this Blogger platform for various reasons, so this pattern has been relocated.

Row 3 sounds odd to me too. If you repeat this row 5 times then would you not be starting row 8 with the dc?
