Easy Crochet Potholder!
This is a great way to grip your pot handles without getting burned! I used an I and J hook with medium worsted yarn to make this crochet pot holder. A quick and easy pattern which is great for beginners! This easy crochet potholder is great while cooking!
Abbreviations
ch=chain
sc=single crochet
sl st=slip stitch
Rnd 1: with an I hook, this one is for the thumb, In the Magic circle, ch 1, work 5 sc, sl st
Rnd 2: 2sc in each stitch around, sl st -10 sc
Rnd 3: sc, 2sc, *Repeat around, sl st - 15 sc
Rnd 4: sc in the next two stitches, 2 sc, - 20 sc
Rnds 5-11: sc in each stitch around, *Repeat for 7 rounds.
Fasten off.
Make another one the same way with a J hook, this one is for all fingers. Sew them together with your yarn and yarn needle on the top on one side. Leave them open for your fingers and thumb. Fasten off and Weave in your ends. I hope you enjoyed this easy crochet potholder!
